The Faces of Rotary
Imagining Rotary Differently
Thursday, February 23, 2023, via Zoom from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Central
Gain insight and practical suggestions for “Developing Rotary So Everyone is Included” in your Club.
It’s the way to build energetic Club membership from all the communities in your Club’s region.
Growing clubs recognize that their region encompasses many sub-communities—geographic, demographic, cultural, heritage, physical capacities, romantic, religious, spiritual, and more.
Successful, innovative clubs reach out intentionally to attract the hearts and skills of everyone from everywhere in their quest to actualize the Object of Rotary—To Encourage and Foster the Ideal of Service as a Basis of Worthy Enterprise.
Our District 6270 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and the Membership Committee have partnered to attract Rotarian experts who are living the mission. This will be a dynamic session including Q&A with a diverse Rotarian panel moderated by Len Iaquinta of Kenosha Rotary. Other members of the committees will be present as resources.
Rotary has a rich history and legacy of community and international service. We’ve nearly eradicated polio from the planet to protect the world’s children. Yet our leaders within Clubs, Districts, Regions, and Internationally have appealed to us to grow our membership, to retain our current members, and to continue the Great Work—the Object of Rotary.
Without diverse membership from a true cross-section of our communities, humanitarian projects locally and globally will surely fall short of their goals if not whither entirely.
“Developing Rotary So Everyone is Included” will enable your Club to continue working towards world peace, to shine the light of knowledge and awareness in your communities, to address areas of need and to effect change.
Join us TONIGHT and help us look together at ways to Reimagine Rotary for our growth, strength, viability, and sustainability.
Not a Rotarian? Come join us to learn how Rotary may be the perfect fit for you to be of service locally and internationally as a Person of Action!
