A little about Joe:

Joseph Seifert was formerly the Director of International Finance for Besser Company, the largest manufacturer concrete equipment in the world; Director of Operations for Minoru Yamasaki, designer of the World Trade Center in New York; President of Estina Mir, Ltd., a multi-national manufacturing and distributing company in Moscow, Russia.

Joseph Seifert has extensive experience in contract formation, contract negotiations, business operations and finance. These real life experiences contribute significantly to understanding the logic and process of bankruptcy and finance law and greatly streamline the entire process as well as provide insight to alternatives and variations that can help clients.

Strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, theory and Chapters, as well as alternatives.
